Process and Developments

Developments :
This is one of the most critical areas where India Talc takes pride. As a company we believe that change is inevitable and development is the only a manifestation of it. Its a non stop continuous process with India Talc.

Our Company is specialized in developing new grades as per customers specifications and applications. India Talc has successfully managed to substitute even high quality and expensive European Talc at much lower price. This expertise comes from having a vast raw material base to choose from supported by new generation milling machinery to have accurate control over different types of particle size distribution and bulk density.

Process
Mining - Washing - Sorting - Analysis - Milling - Analysis - Packing

After the ore is mined it is then washed to remove Mud, dirt, foreign particles and other impurities. The material is then naturally dried under the sun light.

After drying it is dressed and sorted depending on whiteness and other parameters. It is then analyzed after which it is transported to the milling works.



After milling the end product is once again analyzed to ensure it meets the desired specifications . With this process of double analysis we have successfully managed to ensure consistent quality from Batch to Batch .







The powder is then packed in small or jumbo bags as per the customer requirement - palletized if required
